Liz, an athlete and mover from a young age is a lover of dance, fitness, and healthy living. She discovered pole dance at Body & Pole, a world renowned aerial studio in New York City in 2011.
What started as a curiosity quickly became a lifestyle and passion. She spent countless hours taking classes, training with friends, and graduating from the studio’s work-study program.
She became an ElevatED certified pole and flexibility instructor in 2013. She taught and trained on early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. As a competitor, she placed in various amateur competitions before moving to Portland, Oregon in 2016.
In Portland, Liz acquired her NASM Personal Training Certification and taught and trained clients full time at various Portland studios while training for the USPDF Pro competition in 2017.
After returning to full time production work in 2018, Liz scaled back her teaching and focused on performing, creating the pole art performance collective PHASES with her friend and partner, Laurel Carroll.
Liz, enthusiast of a little sweat and a good playlist, now teaches virtual stretch classes. Classes are curated to music and accessible to all levels.
